You got me dead to rights there Adrian.  I did vote for Bill Weld and Gary Johnson in 2016 and here is why: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4tLN5NBZ5KU.  I also committed the crimes of voting for Gary Johnson and Judge Gray in 2012, Jojo and Spike in 2020, Harry Browne in 2000, Barr, Badnarik (not entirely happily for either there), Marrou, and of course: Grandpa Ron.  I'm a bad bad man.

And to compound that; I won't be voting for you or any other of your republican Feces Caucus candidates.

If you really wanted to talk with me on Saturday then you should have stopped and made yourself unpleasant one of the many times you walked past my seat, instead of complaining about it now.

Mr. Belillo,

Overlooking for a moment the irony of you following your statement of, “don’t call me a racist” with an insult in Spanish directed at my mother, you’ll excuse me if I don’t rely on someone who voted for Bill Weld (and brags about it) to tell me what a “libertarian” is.

While you can continue to hurl insults at me over email as you foam at the mouth, don’t expect any further responses. You simply aren’t worth the time. You’re not relevant, you’re not helpful, and you quite frankly produce no value for this Party. Furthermore, I can’t bring myself to respect someone who is too much of a coward to speak to me in person (despite having multiple opportunities this past Saturday alone) and would rather wait to hide safely behind his keyboard before “uttering” a word.

You will no longer be emailed about any Party events by me moving forward. I do however encourage you to explore other options more in line with your views though. I understand that the DNC is always on the lookout for unimpressive, unserious people who are a product of their education.

When your sneak thief Feces Caucus republicans finish taking over the Libertarian party, you can kick me out then, but you don't get to forbid me from emailing other libertarians - just like I don't get to forbid you from trucking in paid fake "libertarians" that have been in the party for 3 days, who no one had ever seen in Contra Costa

*a grown man.

I’ll also add that I don’t know who you think was “trucked in,” but if you’re referring to my Mexican friends and roommates who live with me in Moraga, I find the racist undertones of your comments abhorrent.

Mr. Belillo,

I won’t bother entertaining your pathetic attempts at wit, let alone your aggressive attitude. If you wish to remain on this email list, I’ll kindly ask you to behave yourself (something I wouldn’t think I’d have to tell a grow man). Furthermore, I’ll ask that you not CC former members of the Party who have left in disgrace as a result of their distribution of disgusting Nazi paraphernalia. If you’re unhappy here, I suggest you find another county to affiliate yourself with.

This will be your final warning.

Is the Feces Club trucking those "newer members" in from Fresno, L. A., and all over the state again?

If I want to attend Republican events, I would join the Republican party, not ruin this one.

Greetings Everyone,

I’d like to first start off by apologising—this email has been a long time coming, but LP business that required my immediate attention, a few personal issues, in addition to a week’s long illness delayed it.

I’ll start off with one of the main reasons for the delay and go from there. Mr. Kurt Schultz took several meritless grievances to the Libertarian Party of California Judicial Committee, most notably the “controversy” surrounding our alleged "Bylaws Committee,” our recently passed Bylaws, and who’s able to participate in certain aspects of Party business in addition to how it’s conducted. I’ve taken the liberty of attaching the official ruling and report below. (TL;DR: there were no violations, and the LPCA JC has no desire to get involved in County Central Committee business, especially when it’s this trivial and the will of the members is clear.)

The reason I’m taking the time to address any of this is not to rehash how ridiculous or foolish Mr. Schultz’s claims were, but rather to explain that I didn’t wish to move forward with anything LPCCC related once this case was brought to my attention. In the very highly unlikely event that the LPCA JC decided to even slightly entertain Mr. Schultz’s nonsense, it could have theoretically nullified any further business or activity, which would’ve consequently resulted in an even bigger waste of everyone’s time down the line.

In any case, this is all behind us and we can finally move forward with important matters.

First, I’d like to talk about some of the LPCA work I’ve been doing in the meantime. I have a very specific vision for the Northern Area Coordinator role, and the Northern counties as a whole. I’ve attached the NAC report I submitted to the LPCA Executive Committee last Saturday below, which explains my mission and vision for the North in detail. I encourage you all to read it if you’d like to get an idea of how I intend to operate in my capacity as NAC since it's related to how I intend to operate as Chair of the LPCCC. (TL;DR: all Northern Counties need to be in constant communication with each other, as well as with me, sharing resources, ideas etc. to grow the Party and make this area the biggest force for liberty in California it can possibly be.)

Second, Mr. Marc Joffe has shared his draft of public comments he gave on February 15th regarding the Walnut Creek Sales Tax Increase (attached below). You can see scheduled and previous council meetings here: https://www.walnut-creek.org/government/public-meeting-agendas-and-videos. He’s also shared a staff report indicating that Hercules is considering a Real Estate Transfer Tax in November (see attached).

Third, I’ll be having an LPCCC ExCom meeting within the next few days to formally finalise pending items discussed at our last Business Meeting. If you wish to join as a guest, please reach out soon to get a Zoom link. Per our Bylaws, consider this official notice.

As far as the social is concerned, Mr. Steve Ginochio has graciously offered to host a limited number of people at The Family Club, 2 Pierce Ln, Benicia CA 94510 at 10:30AM on Saturday, April 2nd. It’s sporting clays (basically golf with shot guns) and he has a 20 and 12 gauge for people to use. He’s generously offered to assist with ammo and clays, but there’s only so much to go around, and it is a private club which means he’ll need to let us in, so it’ll be imperative that you please RSVP with me as soon as possible. Please either send me a private email or text to RSVP for this event and find out about cost—DO NOT “Reply All.” For those of you unable or unwilling to join us for this social (guns aren’t for everyone and that’s fine), we’ll have another more “traditional” social either later that day or later in April with newer members I intend to reach out to soon. (I had no desire to bring them into our low stakes "Battle Royale.” The last thing we need to do is scare people away we’re attempting to convince to get involved.)

If you have any questions, comments or concerns about any of this, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Expect to hear from me soon concerning our more generalised social, and don’t forget to RSVP for The Family Club!
